Anne Curtis Smith has received several awards in her professional career, including two FAMAS Awards she won in 2008 and 2009 and a Luna Award. In addition to that, Anne Curtis Smith was also nominated for five PMPC Star Awards. Her film career has had her nominated for 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and 2 Gawad Urian Award. Curtis has appeared on a variety of television shows including Hiram and Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) In Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she played the Komiks iconic character Dyesebel. She was the host of It's Showtime from noontime between 2009 and 2020. Anne Curtis (born 17 February 1985) is an Filipina Australian model, actress, television host and record artist. In her long career she has won numerous awards such as her two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards as well as five PMPC Star Awards. Also, Curtis has received 8 PMPC Star Awards nominations and two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred on several TV programs, including Hiram 2004-2005 Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa Maging Sino Dyosa Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. In 2014, she played the iconic Komiks character Dyesebel in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the popular midday show Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina originally from Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, who was an Australian attorney. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales on the 29th of October, 1982. Jasmine was her sister younger than her. She is also an actress. Clare was a sister-in-law on their father's family. She died at just 4 months old in the year 2007.
